Our main area of expertise is Wills Powers of Attorneys and Inheritance Tax Planning. We are probably market leaders in the Lifetime Discretionary Trust market for care cost avoidance since we provide these trusts both directly to the market and via many different types of introducers. 

Our firm is not only able to set up such trusts but we are able to make them work at the 'Point of Need' which is after all what counts.

Our unique selling point is our Family Protection Trust which offers our customers a simple easily understood Estate Planning solution. The trust should be regarded as a safety deposit box and the customer has the key. The customer can have access to capital or gain an income as well as protecting their own home. The customer has control of their assets whilst protecting them from care costs executry costs and other common problems that place their assets at risk.

The market for such trusts is huge and largely untapped.

Our problem is coverage. We wish to recruit additional field consultants within the next 6-12 months.

Initially your daily task will be the development of the business through contacting new introducers. Within a short space of time you should be seeing customers and taking instructions on our product range. A typical day would be seeing 3 customer appointments and 2 introducers. Initially the concentration would be on the introducer market.

Realistic On Target Earnings for a sole consultant is around £60,000 pa.
