Sharkey's Cuts for Kids has several franchises options and turnkey packages. From our full salon and Jr. models to our multi unit ownership options, there's something for every investment level.

Full Salon Package

The Sharkey's Cuts for Kids flagship salon is typically 1200-1500 square feet and includes the main salon room where the haircutting stations and retail merchandise are located as well as the additional room used for birthday parties and partner businesses. The franchises fee includes all the furnishings, equipment, supplies and retail merchandise that go into this salon. You are only required to pay for the "white box" build-out of the salon. We provide everything you need to open and operate.

Multi Unit Packages

We encourage our franchisees to own more than one unit, if they have an adequate level of business management experience and available capital. In fact, we offer substantial discounts on multiple unit purchases. Please ask us about this opportunity if you are interested.    

Training for success

The thought of starting a new business can be scary. But our Training Department is there for you every step of the way. Our instruction will provide a solid foundation and get you off to a great start.

Pre-Opening Training

You will receive hands on, comprehensive training at a live Sharkey's Cuts for Kids salon with all the travel and accommodation included in your franchises fee. You will have two full days of actually running the salon from opening procedures to scheduling, customer check in/out, party booking, restocking, cleaning and much more. You will also have one full day of "classroom" training where we will discuss topics such as:

• Purchasing and inventory procedures
• Quality control measures
• Retail Merchandising
• Point of sale instruction
• How to increase sales through add-on sales
• Financial controls
• Marketing, advertising and grand opening guidelines
• Business development and management
• Human Resources Support

Grand Opening Training

During your grand opening we will be there to provide support and assistance up to 3 days before opening and 3 days after opening.

On-Going Training

Once your salon is open we continue to help you grow through regular field support at your location, telephone and local training sessions, monthly newsletters and ongoing research and development that offer you and your team fresh innovative ideas.
